   Fact gathering.    In the modern business environment, the relevance of the scientific multidisciplinary approach, complex design - process management as a method of organization and management of production has increased significantly. It is caused by objective tendencies in the global restructuring of the business. According to the principle of darkness, the area of effective use (resources, tools) is limited by their specialization. The principle of concentration of production and economic potential gave way to the principle of focusing on the development of the organization's own potential.
   The success of the project management system depends crucially on the organization of management and regular improvement of the digital twin (model) of the system as such. The activity of the enterprise is divided into process (operational) and project (activities, projects, programs, etc.).
   Projects, in turn, consist of a set of chaordic (predefined cyclic) processes with different types of life cycles and sets of adaptive rules.
   Operational work is planned and monitored on a day-to-day basis by functional managers. The planning, monitoring and reporting period is usually one month, which is fully consistent with the current needs and responsibilities of the division.
   Project activities do not have a strictly cyclical sequence of planning.
   Its implementation is regulated by the approved project methodology, control functions of the Director, as well as General control by TOP managers of the company. At the same time, there is an urgent need to shift the focus of responsibility directly to the PMs (owners of work schedules, the main ‘locomotives’ of improving the efficiency of processes), and, further, the distribution of personal responsibility by the owners of labor resources between developers and approvers (tensor of responsibility).
   The PM is fully responsible for the execution of the project within the planned and approved deadlines. The supervision by the functional team leaders and the Director of the project Department is of a supporting nature.
   The main tool for project support, in terms of compliance with the deadlines for passing checkpoints, is the so-called checklist of the project.
   The company's activities are filled with projects, you have to think about choosing a specialized automated business performance management system. There are systems on the market and their cost is incomparably low in comparison with the losses incurred by large companies in conceptual project management (management "by concepts").
   Currently, various methodologies and principles of project management have been developed and described in detail, such as: Waterfall (Classic project management), Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Six Sigma, PMBOK, P2M, PRINCE2, etc.for the implementation of which various software products are used. All this can be used by engineering companies in relation to the planning of design works for the reconstruction and construction of mining and processing plants.
   The Company Primavera Systems, Inc. (USA) was able to develop, patent and implement Concentric Project Management technology that enables the configuration of the corporate project management system and its integration with the overall management system of the company. Primavera is a project management application focused on large customers. This technology uses structured, integrated, scalable solutions to coordinate and manage people, project teams, and projects. Primavera software products are built on a modular principle, providing flexibility and a high degree of integrability of these products. Project planning, especially if it is based on construction production, is based on "heavy" project management systems such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.
   Nevertheless, the use of Primavera stems from their good adaptability to construction management, but is redundant, expensive and therefore quite inconvenient for project management for medium and small engineering companies, including in the development of project documentation.
   In a self-regulating system, which is a modern enterprise, the most important factors will be information, communication and goal-setting. Low-cost and transparent electronic formalization of the dialogue between the Customer and the Contractor (in the broadest sense of these words) is an advantage, a way to a dynamic and highly communicative organization of work (economic activity).
   For the preparation, organization and management of project works in the construction and reconstruction of enrichment facilities, AO NPO RIVS has developed a methodology for project management «UIS «RIVS – PRIISC», based on world experience and international standards, in relation to the objectives of the organization. The methodology of project management of an engineering organization is a set of procedures and management tools aimed at the effective implementation of projects in accordance with the established goals in the field of content, timing, cost, quality using the system complex «UIS «RIVS – PRIISC» which is based on dynamic (real-time) structural decomposition of works and the responsibility tensor.
   Project management system in AO NPO RIVS includes:
   - principles of organization of EPSM-team, distribution of functions of members of EPSM-team;
   - system of methodological and regulatory documents;
   - corporate project management information system;
   - project office (methodological support; use of knowledge base and experience of implemented projects).
   The application of the project management system ensures the optimization of interaction between project participants, transparency of the project management process, collegiality in making key decisions, parallel management of design and construction. The use of the project management system allows not only to reduce the implementation time and cost of the project, but also to increase the probability of successful implementation of the project.
   The main objective of «UIS «RIVS – PRIISC» is to provide all participants in the activities in the areas of reliable information and data for the performance of work and decision-making. This software acts as an electronic document management database. With this program, we got rid of a huge amount of information on paper and labor costs associated with the implementation of routine work. And simultaneous consideration of one document by several services significantly speeds up the process of coordination and decision - making on the document.
   System solutions: any Manager (PM) can monitor in real time the situation of compliance with the work schedule and promptly intervene in the process to solve problems. The use of a single digital double increases the speed of modeling, and also makes it possible at all stages of design to check the model for unwanted intersections between objects. Collaboration technology allows all participants to simultaneously access the model, as well as provides tools for virtual division of the model into separate parts with the ability to configure sharing to different parts of the project.
   The objectives of the application of «UIS «RIVS – PRIISC» is:
   • Unification of the process of data exchange in electronic form between Participants (project) activities;
   • Organization of collective development and centralized storage of electronic engineering documents;
   • Management of control processes for issuing tasks between departments and divisions of the Company;
   • Management of project work control processes within the framework of unified schedules that unite The company's workforce;
   • Managing processes of tracking the life cycle status of the engineering documents;
   • Reduction of project work time;
   • Reduction of terms of changes in project documentation;
   • Improving the controllability of the design.
   Execution of tasks is ensured:
   • Culture of collaborative working (CCW), among other things involving the Idea that can motivate Participants of the production works by their own ideological, cultural and moral intangible values;
   • CCW develops based on the principle of "Phased implementation: Implementation at each stage only such automation, which corresponds to the current level of business processes", based on innovative technologies and methodology of Process-oriented management;
   • Direct development of innovative technologies of computer-aided design, involvement of Participants (project) activity in collaborative work, formation of conditions for creation and growth of advantages of the Company, and reduction of its entropy;
   • Involvement of stakeholders in the collaborative synthesis of paradoxical inventions based on engineering experience;
   • By Employees of the Company – providing speed of decisions, updating of products and technologies, communications at all levels of society, and, as a result, success of the Enterprise;
